Larry T. Decker, Executive Director
Larry T. Decker joined the Secular Coalition as its Executive Director in December 2015. Larry has spent nearly two decades in Washington, D.C. as a government relations professional in the public, private and nonprofit sectors. A native of Upstate New York, Larry graduated from Ithaca College, where he received his B.A., magna cum laude. In his spare time, he enjoys volunteering as an EMT in suburban Maryland. He resides in Washington, D.C.

Casey Brescia, Communications Associate and Spokesman
Casey Brescia graduated from Buffalo State College with a degree in Philosophy, focusing on applied and practical ethics. While in college, he was founder and President of his campus freethought group which hosted debates, invited speakers, and interfaith dialogues. In his spare time he teaches a workshop for secular student groups on the art of cold reading and how to promote themselves by faking psychic powers.

Austin Cooper received her Bachelor's in Communication Studies from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia. (Go Hokies!) Her areas of study include journalism and political science. Ms. Cooper has 12 years of professional experience in accounting, human resources and operations management. She has been with the Secular Coalition since January 2014.
Ms. Cooper is a supporting member of Break the Cycle, the Smithsonian, National Aquarium, National Park Service at Gettysburg, Secular Student Alliance, Secular Coalition, and the Greater Reston Art Center. She also supports and volunteers for the Wangari Gardens and Camp Quest.
Sarah Levin, Senior Legislative Representative

Sarah Levin graduated from American University cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in International Studies, focusing on the Middle East and Israeli domestic politics. She is passionate about secularism and concerned about the influence of religion in politics in the United States. Sarah loves to travel and study languages.

Edwina Rogers was the Executive Director of the Secular Coalition for America from 2012 to 2014. Rogers has served in public policy positions in the US Senate, White House, private, and international sectors for over twenty years.
